Tai Chi Weekly

Experience for yourself the incredible benefits of Taiji in these weekly 90 minute sessions. There are many different styles of taiji but ultimately “taiji is still taiji”. What’s important is to develop the principles of alignment, relaxation, balance, center leads, and whole body movement.

These five principles are what make Taiji stand out from all other martial arts and all other health disciplines. Taiji will take care of you for life on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.
